No problem! At Humphries Dental, we never want access to insurance to be the determining factor for receiving premier dental care. That’s why we are excited to provide our patients with the option of Plan for Health (may not be combined with insurance.) Patients without insurance benefits are eligible after their initial hygiene visit to determine which option they qualify.
Our Plan for Health program is an annual membership with four package options. Every membership comes with 20% off most restorative* dental procedures with no caps or maximums; this excludes products; CBCT images, comprehensive evaluations; and orthodontic, cosmetic, and sleep-related breathing disorder procedures.. We aim to deliver the finest dental care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time the service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage. Humphries Dental will provide a monthly statement so long as you have a pending balance with our practice. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that timeframe, please call our office right away. Any remaining balance not covered by your insurance provider will become your responsibility. We appreciate your prompt payment.
